I find it hard to find the appropriate words of appreciation we have for you and the staff at FirstChoice. You have come to our rescue again! This time for your help in resolving our contract problem. The copy of the email I received this morning from the contract manager confirms the pricing on the FCC contract.
This was not over just a couple of bucks and some change. The credit due to Johns Community Hospital comes to $958.80. This is just another example of the value added that FirstChoice renders to our hospital and all the other members.

Since becoming the Materials Manager here at Johns Community Hospital in 2003, nothing has helped me more in the duties and the responsibilities of my position than the FirstChoice Co-op. For new employees to the hospital/medical field, the FirstChoice Co-op is a valuable educational/training resource.
From the FirstChoice web page, we have access not only to vendors and products, but also to other medical field employees who have a vast knowledge of what works well in their area of expertise. The FirstChoice Co-op has been very proactive in encouraging the attendance at monthly hub meetings and vendor fairs where every member of the Coop can visit with their peers and discuss similar problems each have at their own hospital. This is quite a learning experience.
We are also very pleased with our rep from FirstChoice. Our rep makes a special effort to visit our facility from time to time and is available to discuss specific issues. We feel the reps place a high priority on our vendor rebates, which is very important to each hospital's budget.
